A Rival Steps Up to Challenge Turkey’s President Erdogan

A decent primer on the chairwoman of Good Party, Mrs Meral Aksener, who is the only declared rival to Mr Erdogan in the upcoming presidential race.

Can she beat him?  The answer is no according to the current polls, but she will trip him in the first round, giving the NO coalition   which emerged during the presidential referendum another opportunity to beat him. It could be a three way race between Aksener, Erdogan and Kilicdaroglu.
