Pro-Erdogan media targets Saudis after Trump’s Jerusalem decision

Pinar Trembley explores a relatively less visited corner of Turkish diplomacy namely relations with Gulf kingdoms. Relations worsened after Ankara’s advocacy of Qatar against the Arab Quartet but this article demonstrates that Ankara may have given up hope on Saudi Arabia and (my assertion) UAE, as well. The implications are important. There is no longer a Sunni Axis against Iran’s Shia Wall project. Turkey’s economic links to Gulf may suffer.
