Report to Congress on U.S.-Turkey Relations

This is what  I belive to be an official report by US Naval Intelligence to Congress about Turkey-USA releationship.  It does not  give policy advice, limiting its scope to facts on the ground. In this sense it is valuable to Turkey monitors as an impartial view on Turkey.

The only conclusion worthy of note for those concerned  about  short-temr dynamics of the relationship is the strong possiblity of sanctions on Turkey, if Russian-made S-400 anti-missile systems are actually installed.
