Will Washington slap sanctions on Turkey?

During the week two highly reputable Turkish journalists with strong ties to Washington policy circles claimed that there is an inconclusive debate in the White House and  the Congress about sanctioning  Turkey. PA Intelligence could not independently verify their accounts, but the news items were widely circulated in Turkish press. We publish excerpts from their reports without comment.
